The Rock City, or Sifar/Sefar Rocks. What is it.

Ran into this... whatever it is. Located in Algeria. Looks like a rock formation of a bizarrely aligned nature.

It looks like the grid we see in dense urban areas, like a big capital. Weird, considering the following below

Aparently it's considered a forgotten city with the "oldest" pyramids and cave paintings, with some thinkers, in line with graham hancock and others of the same type, calling it the birth of civilization....
