Another fascinating find indeed. I’ve given it an hour of my life, and I’m left with some impressions:

the official story is that it was built and then shuttered the day it was completed. Possibly because Russia’s tokamak was vastly superior?

there’s no mention I can find of it (or them) being buried, although the sand excavation picture is… telling.


where was it and how did it get there?

it is also very dissimilar to our technology, seemingly both then and now. Our technology is ugly and covered with pipes and hoses and cables etc. did we make the big one? I’m leaning towards no. Here are some similar magnet mirrors that look more realistic for mankind of our time:


Covered with plates and bolts and with visible seams. Much more crude in my opinion.

next, if we look at the original piece in situ, you’ll see it’s been adorned with the litany of
contraption that our technology demands:


if we built it, why didn’t we build it the way we intended to use it, instead of retrofitting all of this junk?

i am in no way/shape/form qualified to comment on the inscribed markings. I ran the image through google lens and it identified Arabic, and translated “the first 000 was cold” however it doesn’t look like an accurate translation:

translated in Hebrew, the last word comes out as “god”

This is probably a red herring
